Just wondering...

How everyone would feel about doing a blood bowl once a week =)

While this would probably be a lot of fun im not sure how well some members that dont make much gold would be able to participate...especially if they lose gold from bets. Might lower the number of people willing to participate which would give us fewer duels. Of course we can bring up the idea to everybody and see if they agree :p

Or just get rid of betting and make prizes for first, 2nd and 3rd place?

If we did it that way we would have to set it up like a tournament like we tried to the first time. It would be interesting to try but it would have to be planned out well cause the first one we did was veeery time consuming. And some people will give up if they get put up against somebody that will clearly beat them.

First, I can think of better things to spend gold on, such as things to improve gear, however, betting is not mandatory. So, If you don't want to or don't have the gold to gamble away, then you can just watch and maybe even participate for the practice and experience. It is something we can do together that doesn't cost labor and is petty fun, imo.
